Ingredients: Stone ground Whole Grain Purple Corn, Sunflower Oil, Calcium Hydroxide

Against the Grain Farms is proud to be working with a Canadian family owned bakery that has been making authentic Mexican corn products for over 20 years. Unlike most taco shells that are made from imported masa flour, Against the Grain Farm shells are made from non-GMO corn grown on our farm, processed using a method of cooking that is thousands of years old, using the whole corn with lime then ground in a stone grinder, ensuring freshness of each batch of tortilla's. Locally grown and cold pressed non-GMO sunflower oil is used to give the taco shells's their crispiness.

Sold by the case. 24 packages per case with 6 tacos per package.
