Yes. FreshSpoke is insured for loss liability. If you are an active supplier and require proof of insurance for any reason, contact us.

Once FreshSpoke's Supplier Success team has approved your products for sales as part of our wholesale and/or home assortments, you will receive an invitation to set up your shop. FreshSpoke collects no upfront or monthly fees. However, if you are not a DIY type and would prefer that FreshSpoke's in-house marketing team set up our shop, an hourly rate will be applied and due at launch. All orders processed through your shop are in wholesale quantities & subject to a transaction fee, including FreshSpoke for Home.

Your products display on FreshSpoke in a few ways: In your FreshSpoke shop In your products' categories When a buyer searches using keywords/phrases that align with the characteristics of your product.  FreshSpoke's website is also optimized for search engines like Google. This includes our shop and products content, broadening your reach to prospective customers outside of FreshSpoke as well.  FreshSpoke invests in digital and conventional marketing to reach new markets and grow sales for FreshSpoke and our suppliers.

FreshSpoke's delivery system handles last mile delivery only. Inbound shipments to FreshSpoke's distribution centre are the supplier's responsibility and expense. They are scheduled on a routine basis depending on the shelf-life of you product.  If you are a supplier with inventory-on-hand (IOH) in our warehouse, Inventory Requests are sent to you well in advance of expected inbound delivery. These requests are for quantities sufficient to fill orders for the upcoming order cycle.

FreshSpoke stores only enough product to fill our wholesale and/or home orders. Our warehouse team used an inventory management system to monitor and maintain inventory levels and sends out regular Inventory Requests. By taking only what we can sell, we reduce shrinkage and ensure our customers are getting the freshest product possible.

FreshSpoke's sales and logistics platform gives home and wholesale buyers the ability to source local food and beverage products as well as other all-natural products directly from local suppliers. To determine if your product is right for FreshSpoke, here are some questions you can ask yourself: 1) Am I a local creator/producer of a product compliant with my municipality's regulations? 2) Do I produce in quantities appropriate for the wholesale market?
