Our Lentil Spinach Curry, commonly called Daal, is an age old recipe from South Asia. Made from Pigeon Pea lentils and spinach, this is a delicious staple that has sustained South Asian households, rich or poor, for generations.  Simply heat and serve on a bed of rice or with flat breads.  The smooth thick texture also allows it to be used as a dip.  And if thinned down with water, this becomes a delicous lentil soup.
